Winchester City Festival Choir is happy to announce the appointment of a new Director of Music. Barbara Hoefling has extensive experience in choral and orchestral conducting and is also a trained singer. She is currently Associate Chorus Director, Head of Vocal development and Assistant to Simon Halsey for the London Symphony Chorus, and conductor of the German Choir in London.
